Problem-solving conference call or webinar on one topic, or closely related topics, of your choice; include up to five of your leaders, and we will make sure you have take-away next steps. As long as you need, typically 75-90 minutes.
Review and comment (R&C). We are often asked to review strategic, program, facility, business or marketing plans; physician recruitment or staffing plans; certificate of need applications; or other planning documents. We can usually turn these R&C documents around quickly and economically.
Proprietary white paper on a current issue, customized to your specified needs in your hospital, health system and/or community.
Presentations and working group Intensives. These are easily scheduled. We can do a presentation in the morning and spend time with a working group in the afternoon, saving you time and travel costs.
