If your service line
leader comes from a clinical area and yours is a business background, or if you
have had limited exposure to obstetrics or pediatrics before (or to your current level of
OB or peds), there are likely days you wish you had an interpreter.
In both obstetrics and children's services in particular, the language and nuances can be very different--and there are days when you probably wonder if what you are hearing is truly objective or, occasionally, even real.
